CIT Clinics is out-of-network
All of our treatments are, unfortunately, still considered out-of-network for most U.S. insurance companies. This is because ketamine treatment for any psychiatric or mood disorders (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.) is not yet standard practice, and is considered "off-label" by the FDA. Currently, CIT Therapies are not considered covered services by Medicare or other government payers. Some private insurance companies do provide partial, or even full reimbursement after your deductible is met.
Check with your insurance
Before starting your ketamine treatments, you should check with your insurance provider to see if they may be able to offer any coverage. We fully acknowledge that our services are not inexpensive, and even if coverage is limited, it might be possible to submit a superbill for a small reimbursement to help offset or cover the treatment costs.
We are able to provide a convenient superbill with an itemized list of the CPT codes used for your treatment so you can submit to your insurance for processing and potential reimbursement according to your insurance plan. We are able to provide an approximate sample superbill before treatment upon request. This is an approximation and may not be identical to the superbill produced after your treatment.
Please note: we cannot guarantee recovery of any portion of the treatment costs.
