Our Veterans Care Agreement (VCA) with the VA and TRICARE Network membership allows CIT Clinic to bill for the full cost of care for Ketamine treatments for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.

For Veterans/Patients
STEP 1:
Make an appointment with your VA Provider To Determine If IV Ketamine Is Appropriate For You.
First, explore whether or not IV Ketamine is an appropriate treatment option for you. Your VA Provider may contact CIT Clinics to discuss the comprehensive services we provide. If you need support with this process please don’t hesitate to set up a free phone consultation below.

STEP 2:
Request That Your VA Provider Submits An “Authorized Referral” For Treatment.
CIT Clinics has a Veterans Community Care Agreement (VCA) with the VA. This means that as long as you have an authorized referral you can receive your IV Ketamine and Nutrient treatments. This process is initiated by your provider.

STEP 3:
Make An Appointment To Begin Your Treatments.
Once your VA provider submits an authorized referral, the VA alerts CIT Clinics. Our clinic staff will contact you for a phone consultation, completion of digital forms/consents, and scheduling of your first treatment.
* Typically, all treatment costs are paid for with a valid, authorized referral and we do not charge any out-of-pocket copayment. However, your Veteran benefit level may determine if a copayment responsibility exists. Please consult with your healthcare provider to determine if copayments would be due to them.

STEP 2:
Submit An Official “Authorized Referral” For CIT Clinics To Treat Your Patient.
CIT Clinics has a Veterans Community Care Agreement (VCA) with the VA through which eligible San Francisco and Northern CA veterans may receive IV Ketamine and Nutrient infusions.

STEP 3:
Receive Updates & Treatment Reports About Your Patients’ Progress.
Once an authorized referral has been processed the VA alerts CIT Clinics via the electronic Health Share Referral Manager (HSRM). Our clinic staff will contact your patient and take care of the rest.
