What is the Veterans Integration Group?
The Veterans Integration Group is a free online practice group hosted by CIT Clinic's Andrea Garbero, MS. The group is designed to help you process and integrate your transformative experiences (with Ketamine and/or other psychedelic medicines). Connect with fellow veterans in a safe, supportive environment designed specifically for your integration needs. Share insights, explore personal growth, and develop coping strategies alongside peers who understand your journey. Discover the power of community in enhancing your healing process and getting the support you need.
Why does it work?
Ketamine, and psychedelics in general, can provide an ineffable experience that isn't always easy to explain let alone integrate. It helps to share with others who are also going through a similar journey when unpacking the melting pot of beauty, confusion, pain, and sometimes magical experiences. Through our shared connection with fellow veterans, we can build a greater sense of individual and collective power to heal, grow, and thrive. You come for your own healing, but as an added benefit, you will support others with your presence.
Who is it for?
This group is for veterans only.
